Questions homeowners ask

How long does a solar system last?

Quality rooftop systems last 25 years or more. The panels we use are ALMM-listed and Tier-1, and they degrade very slowly, so you'll still get strong output decades in. We provide ongoing maintenance to keep it performing.

What happens when there's no sun, or at night?

With net metering, the extra power you generate during the day is credited to your TANGEDCO account, offsetting what you draw at night or on cloudy days. So your system effectively covers you around the clock. Add a battery if you also want backup during power cuts.

Will the panels damage my roof?

No. We use safe, non-penetrating mounting designed for your roof type, concrete or sheet. The structure protects your roof and is built to withstand wind and weather.

How do I get the ₹78,000 subsidy?

You don't have to do anything complicated. We handle the entire PM Surya Ghar application for you, from registration to claiming the amount. It's paid directly to your bank account after installation and inspection.

How much roof space do I need?

Roughly 80 sq.ft per kW. A 3 kW system needs about 250 sq.ft, a 5 kW system about 400 sq.ft. We'll confirm exactly what your roof can fit on the site visit.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Beyond paying upfront, rooftop solar can be funded through bank loans, often at preferential rates under government rooftop schemes. We'll help you compare options so your monthly saving covers much of the EMI.

How much maintenance does a home system need?

Very little. Panels mainly need occasional cleaning to clear dust, plus an annual health check. We handle monitoring and upkeep for the systems we install, so it stays effortless for you.

What happens if I sell my house?

The system stays with the property, and the new owner inherits the lower bills. The net-metering connection and any remaining warranty transfer with the home, and a rooftop system is often a clear plus for buyers.
