An asset that earns for 25 years.

A megawatt-scale solar plant is a rare kind of investment: steady, largely tax-free returns backed by something physical that produces what everyone needs: electricity. We build and manage 1–2 MW plants end to end. You own the asset; we make it perform.

Why solar

Better than an FD. Backed by a real asset.

A fixed deposit returns 6–7% before tax. A solar plant returns 18–25%, and unlike paper investments, you own a physical asset generating revenue every sunny day. As power prices rise each year, your returns rise with them.

Accelerated depreciation also delivers significant tax savings in the early years, improving your effective return well beyond the headline figure.

Where your money ends up

The same capital, two destinations. A fixed deposit inches up. A solar plant returns far more, and hands you a physical asset that keeps producing.

How you earn

Three ways to profit

We'll help you choose the structure that fits your goals and tax position.

01

Sell power (Open Access)

Generate and sell electricity to industrial buyers through the grid on long-term contracts for predictable, contracted income.

02

Group captive

Supply power to a business you hold a stake in, at rates below grid: a tax-efficient structure popular with industrial groups.

03

Offset your own load

Already run a factory or large facility? Build a plant to wipe out your own high electricity bills and capture the full saving.

Turnkey

You invest. We do the rest.

Megawatt projects involve land, design, multiple approvals, construction, and years of operation. We manage all of it, so your investment performs without becoming your second job.

Investor questions

What size of investment are we talking about?
A 1–2 MW plant is a multi-crore investment. The exact figure depends on land, model, and site. We'll prepare detailed project economics for your specific case on a consultation, including projected returns and payback.
How predictable are the returns?
Solar generation is highly predictable over a year, and with contracted off-take (open access or group captive) your revenue is largely locked in. Returns of 18–25% are typical, but we'll model your specific project rather than rely on averages.
What about the tax benefits?
Accelerated depreciation allows you to write down a large share of the asset value in the early years, reducing taxable income. This materially improves your effective return. We'll walk through it with figures for your situation.
Do I have to manage the plant?
No. Our O&M team runs it, handling monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimisation, so it stays a passive investment for you.
How much land does an MW-scale plant need?
As a rough guide, a megawatt of ground-mounted solar needs around 4–5 acres, depending on terrain and layout. We assess land you already hold or help identify suitable sites, and factor it into the project economics.
What secures the income from the plant?
Revenue is anchored by a long-term off-take arrangement, such as open access or group captive, where a creditworthy consumer contracts to buy the power. We structure the off-take and assess counterparty strength so the cash flow is as secure as the asset.
How do we get started, and how long until it's running?
It starts with a consultation where we model your specific project economics. From approvals to commissioning, an MW-scale plant typically takes several months, which we manage end to end, including the regulatory and grid approvals.
